  • Rest of World: 10–14 business days

3. Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM (UK time) may be processed the following business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.


4. International Shipping & Customs Duties

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

However, in the event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving tracking information. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier and ensure a solution is provided.

Once your order is delivered to the address provided, House of Harron is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend tracking your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the address.
