2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Free)

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–7 business days

  • United States: 7–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Order Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (UK time) may be processed the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


4. Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or tracking update so we can assist.

Once an order is confirmed as delivered to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend using tracking details to monitor delivery, especially for international orders.
