Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for customers worldwide.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or customised products

To initiate a return, please contact us at houseofharron@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.


International Customers (Outside the UK & EU)

For customers outside the United Kingdom and European Union:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must meet the eligibility requirements listed above

  • Customs duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


UK & European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the UK or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Banks and card providers may require additional time to complete the refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
